"This was the perfect solution for us. Our son graduated from UTC Saturday morning and then we helped him move out of his apartment that was located literally across the street. Ample space and amenities for the short time we actually spent in the room. The basement room was a bit chilly, but we prefer that when we sleep so it wasn’t a huge deal for us. A previous review complained about the water not getting hot, but we found that it just took a while to heat up. Both the shower and sink knobs...

"The apartment is the perfect size for 2. The hot tub was hot with a beautiful view. The pool was gorgeous. The sunsets were awesome. Ootlewah was quaint to explore, and a great distance from Chattanooga. Herby was very responsive and helpful throughout the whole stay. Would recommend to anyone looking for both the indoors and the outdoors in that Chattanooga area."

"My sister and I stayed with Mr. Allen while visiting family. It could not have been better! He was prompt to respond and very easy to work with when my arrival was heavily delayed. The walk down to the room is magical- the string lights and the deck in the woods are incredibly peaceful. We sat on the deck and listened to the wind in the trees.
