Located right on the river, this quality training- apartment a magnificent view over the old town of Omis and the sea up to the island of Brac.

It is located in a luxurious and family-friendly Penthouse with the most modern equipment. Within walking distance you can enjoy the Mediterranean market with fresh local fish, fruits and vegetables, or stroll through the picturesque streets of the old town. Many restaurants of different claims invite to culinary enjoyment. For swimming you can choose daily from a sandy beach, various rocky and pebbly beaches or a refreshing river bath.

Amazing place with a view that does not get old

This property is in such a good location with the balcony facing the breathtaking river. It was clean, air conditioned, and well equipped with everything that you would need. Planned to stay 3 nights and ended up staying 6! Would definitely come back

Great location

Lovely location for the property and a peaceful part of town. Toni and his partner were really helpful all throughout the process from booking to showing us in. Accommodation was really nice, especially the living room part of the accommodation. Double bed was so comfy and sitting on the balcony watching the world go by was great. Only negatives were lack of a proper shower and bunk bed mattress was a little uncomfortable. Omiš is a charming town... we would highly recommend the zip wire 🤗🤗

Toller Urlaub

Wir haben sehr schöne Tage in der Wohnung verbracht. Besonders schön war die optimale Lage mit super Blick auf die Altstadt und die Festung. Das besondere ist die Lage am Meer und dem Fluss. Besonders der Fluss hat es uns angetan: wir haben Conyoning, Raffting und eine Kayakfahrt unternommen (was den Kindern besonders gefallen hat). Es gab einen Parkplatz, was dort sehr wichtig war. Die Super- und Fischmarkt sich fußläufig zu erreichen. Einziges kleines Manko ist dass 1 mal pro Woche am Wochenende laute Musik aus der quer gegenüberleigender Bar zur hören war.

Fabulous 5 days in Omis

This apartment is lovely. Fabulous views over the river and very well equipped kitchen. Location is so convenient for grocery shops and 10 mins walk to the beach and bus stops to other places. Toni is an excellent host with nice touches like drinks in the fridge and some basic store cupboard ingredients for cooking. Can highly recommend.

„Home-Feeling“

Das Appartement zeichnet sich durch eine sehr gute, praktische Raumaufteilung aus. Es ist großzügig geschnitten, sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Hier findet man alles was man braucht! Traumhaft ist der Blick, das Panorama welches man vom Balkon aus genießen kann. Der Balkon ist sowohl über den Wohnraum als auch über das Schlafzimmer erreichbar. Die funktionale Küchenzeile, der gemütliche Wohnbereich und ein Badezimmer mit Waschmaschine lassen keine Wünsche offen. Eine gut funktionierende Klimaanlage rundet das perfekte Ambiente ab. Wir haben uns absolut heimisch gefühlt -besser geht es nicht!!!

Die Lage der Wohnung ist wirklich genial, morgens beim Frühstück auf dem Balkon hat man schon ganz viel zu schauen. Die Wohnung ist persönlich eingerichtet, alles ist vorhanden, man fühlt sich wohl. In Omis und Umgebung kann mal viel unternehmen, Kayakfahren, wandern, baden, usw. Eigentlich braucht man noch nicht mal ein Auto, auch nach Split kommt man gut mit dem Bus.

Ferienwohnung mit grandioser Aussicht

Die Ferienwohnung hat alles was das Herz begehrt. Die Einrichtung ist modern und sehr geschmackvoll. Vom Balkon hat man eine grandiose Aussicht auf den Fluss Cetina und die Altstadt. Die Wohnung liegt zentral, man kann alles schnell zu Fuß erreichnen. Der tägliche Bauernmarkt gleich hinter der Brücke lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Badestrand ist in ca 8 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Restaurants und Schnellimbisse gibt es genug, jeder kann nach seinen Bedürfnissen schlemmen. Für uns ein gelungener Urlaub in toller Umgebung. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung nur weiter empfehlen.

Hier stimmt alles zu 1000%. Tolle Ferienwohnung mit allem was man braucht. Atemberaubende Aussicht vom Balkon aufs Meer, Altstadt, Berge und Fluß. Sehr gute Infrastruktur. Sehr schöne Wohnung in zentraler Lage

Positiv: -das Apartment ist wie beschrieben ausgestattet und hat uns sehr gut gefallen -nahezu alle Veranstalter von Touren wie Canyoning/Rafting/Bootsverleih,etc. sowie Strände sind fußläufig erreichbar -sehr netter Vermieter, der immer erreichbar war und uns sogar bei der Ankunft mit Getränken ausgestattet hat -Omis ist ein schönes Städtchen (zumindest in der Nebensaison)

The views from this apartment are the best i have ever had .Toni the owner said it had great views and he wasn’t wrong .You had the beautiful river Cetina,mountains and the sea all from the balcony.It was just a short walk in to Omis center with it narrow streets steeped in history,here you can find nice bars and restaurants with friendly owners and staff.There are many outdoor activities you can try in Omis we did the zip line and rafting which were fantastic and great value and well run.The owner Toni has his own activity centre in the town where you can get advice from his helpful staff Spiro and Kate and they will book them for you.Omis is also a great base for exploring the beautiful coastline by car or the good bus service.Will definitely be going back,We loved it.

Traumurlaub in Omis

Die Wohnung liegt in einem Neubau einem gewachsenen Teil der Stadt, nur wenige Minuten Fußweg von der Altstadt und dem Strand entfernt. Der Ausblick vom Balkon auf die Altstadt und Festung Mirabell ist malerisch, der Blick auf den Fluss Cetina der durch eine Felsschlucht in das Mittelmeer fließt ist grandios. Fast immer geht ein leichter Wind, der den Aufenthalt auf dem Balkon angenehm macht. Die hohen Räume sorgen für ein angenehmes Raumklima, so dass wir auch bei sommerlichem Juniwetter nicht auf die vorhandene Klimaanlage angewiesen waren. Die Raumaufteilung haben wir als sehr angenehm empfunden: ein großer Wohn/Ess/Kochbereich und ausreichend große Schlafzimmer gaben uns (zwei Erwachsene und ein Kind) viel Bewegungsfreiheit. Die Beschreibung der Wohnung in der Anzeige ist treffend. Die Ausstattung vollständig und die Einrichtung geschmackvoll und nicht überladen. Die Wohnung sauber in einem sehr guten Zustand. Ein Stellplatz vor dem Haus erspart die Parkplatzsuche. Aktivurlauber können in einer kleinen Agentur im Erdgeschoss Ausflüge buchen oder direkt vor dem Haus ein Kajak mieten. Der Vermieter war freundlich, hilfsbereit, unkompliziert und reaktionsschnell: vielen Dank! Der Vollständigkeit halber sei vermerkt, dass der freie Blick auch den Schallwellen freie Bahn lässt. Der Verkehr, der sich tagsüber meist langsam über die Brücke über die Cetina schiebt ist nicht völlig zu überhören, insbesondere wenn man die gut isolierenden Fenster öffnet. Uns hat dieses Lebenszeichen der kleinen freundlichen Stadt aber nicht gestört und wir haben oft und lange die wundervolle Aussicht auf dem Balkon genossen. Schließlich sollte noch daran erinnert sein, dass die Wohnung ihren tollen Ausblick der Lage im 3. OG verdankt. Kurzatmige Naturen sollten daran denken, dass es keinen Aufzug gibt. Insgesamt bleibt uns aber die Erinnerung an einen idealen Urlaub: die Stadt lebhaft aber nicht überlaufen, mit reichem Angebot an tollen Wanderungen, Bootstouren, schönen Stränden, malerischen Gassen mit zahlreichen Restaurants aber auch dem ganz normalen Leben mit Schulen, Supermärkten und Arbeitsleben und einer wahren Traumwohnung.
