Welcome to your home away from home in Oliver Springs, Tennessee—just 7 minutes from the entrance of Windrock Park. This cozy and practical one-bedroom rental is perfect for off-road enthusiasts, weekend adventurers, or anyone seeking a comfortable stay near the trails.

Trail Access Disclaimer:
Guests may be able to access Windrock Trails indirectly from the property using back roads suitable for off-road vehicles like razors (UTVs). While we do not have confirmed access points, some guests have successfully reached the trails this way.

Was comfortable to be bunk beds. The outside was not attractive look like a block building. But we was just there for concert and didn’t want to drive 2 hours back home. It was very pricey.

This place should be condemned . By far the worst property that I have ever seen. This looks to be an old fireworks store. The place didn't look like it had ever been cleaned. Spiders everywhere. Left this property and stayed at the holiday inn.

Absolutely awful

We booked this for 3 nights. May 2025, We didn’t receive anything other than the address and the door code. We arrived and put the door code in and the entire house was under renovation, standing water on the floors, drywall dust everywhere, black mold absolutely everywhere, no furniture. We left and spent 550 on a hotel, the host told us we were supposed to sleep in the garage, I guess the garage is a mini apartment. But the code we received worked on the house, was never told anything about a garage, and we were going to stay in a garage if the house was covered in black mold. Host was terrible to communicate with and deal with, he was no help at all, and the whole experience kinda screwed our vacation. Yet I’m still trying to get a refund 5 days later, dealing with Vrbo. Absolutely awful experience and host.

Location to park was great, but that is it.

I will say the owner was quick to respond when we couldn't find the correct building. We walked into a building that was completely empty and being worked on, but thought it was correct because the code worked. Very difficult to find the correct building. Not marked. Grass is over grown, not cut. Front door casing was rotten and felt like it could be pushed in. Spiders everywhere inside around the ceilings and floors. Shower dirty, shower curtain filthy. Needs to be replaced. Water smelled like rotten eggs. had to run it for a while to clear it up. It is important to know that this place is an old fireworks building and garage that has been converted. You are very very very close to a highway so you will hear traffic constantly. There is also a mandatory fee to cover for "accidentals"...typically you can choose to or elect to add coverage...you can either pay a lower non refundable fee or a much higher refundable deposit ( at the digression of the owner). Never heard of that before. The bed sheets and towels were clean but that is it. We stay in VRBO's atleast twice a month because of sports and such with our older kids and I have never had to leave a negative review like this. But I feel that people that rent this place need to be aware. The place really needs some attention.

This property provided everything that we needed for our weekend trip to Windrock. We were looking for a clean place to sleep and take showers and this place provided that. We were at the park most of the time and hanging out with friends at another location so it was perfect for what we were needing.

Terrible Location

The unit is clean with beds for four with sufficient bedding and towels for showering. No coffee filters for the provided coffee maker, no way to dry dishes, only very old looking sponges for washing them. The building looks condemned from the outside with more than half of it off limits from the unit. No deadbolt on the door, very loud highway less than 30 feet from the door.

Great for a riding trip weekend

Parking is a little tight. Especially with a trailer but the house and was exceptionally clean and the beds extremely comfortable! Everything you could need is very close and easy to get to ill definitely be back

Close to Windrock Park

This is close to Windrock, which is why we chose this location. It's basic accommodations, not much of a place for hanging out. Parking - isn't great. They're strict on parking in the lot left of the unit, which is on a hill. We had a trailer and it was difficult to back the trailer up the gravel drive due to the oncoming traffic on the road. There's a larger, flatter lot on the right, but instructions are clear not to park there. The outside door handle on the access door isn't installed correctly and falls off every time you open and close the door. The interior is nice and recently updated. The kitchen is small and basic. We didn't prepare any food there. It's pretty bare on kitchen basics. No cookware, dishes, or utensils, so bring your own if you plan to cook. The bedroom is two double bunks only, so it's good for sleeping, but nowhere to sit if you want to hang out. The washer/dryer is nice to have and the bathroom was stocked with linens. Overall it's a good value if you're in the area and plan on enjoying the outdoors.

Good stay for Windrock riding

Clean, good location for riding Windrock. Good communication with owner, check in was flawless. Only knock was no washcloths or hand towels provided, and bottom bunks are on floor which was a little more challenging for a 50 year old to get in and out. But overall a great stay.
