"Great view, House was very nice, clean, kitchen well equipped. The hot tub area with some shrubbery around it is fenced, but the back with more low grass on it is not fenced so we had to walk the dog down to potty each time. Not a major thing for most people, but I hadn’t looked closely enough online to realize that."

"Really nice accommodations set in the middle of one of our favorite locations. The space amazingly fit the four of us (2 adults, 2 kids) and was plenty warm on a cold night. We only stayed the one night, but it would be fun to stay three or four nights there and really settle in and enjoy Point Reyes for an extended period of time."

"The studio is cozy and tranquil. It has all amenities, including a full kitchen, in the small space. It is close to sights like Dillon Beach (beautiful sunsets), Bodega Bay and to dining/shopping spots like Sebastopol. The Valley Ford market, 4 minutes away, is good for the essentials. Stephen was a kind host and we had a lovely Thanksgiving stay. We will certainly be back."

The beds were not comfortable, particularly the sofa bed was pretty tough.
