Bay Tree Cottage es una casa de dos habitaciones con un estudio independiente adicional en el patio trasero.  Toda la propiedad fue ampliamente remodelado de arriba a abajo en 2016, y ahora está abierto para los huéspedes a disfrutar a partir de enero de 2017.  El dormitorio principal tiene una cama doble y balcón privado ubicado en la ladera con una maravillosa vista de los árboles y el valle.  La segunda habitación tiene dos camas individuales.  En la cocina se encuentra todo lo necesario, incluyendo café, té, miel / azúcar, aceite de oliva, especias (dibujamos la línea en crema, que está en su propia allí), y todos los instrumentos de cocina que pueda desear.




El salón tiene una chimenea de funcionamiento (Leños siempre), TV / cable, wifi, juegos, libros, y vistas de las colinas a través de la bahía de Tomales.




The Shed (el estudio posterior) tiene una cama de matrimonio, cocina, baño y ducha de cristal.




En la cubierta trasera es una buena parrilla de gas Weber (hardlined en nuestro tanque de propano), mesa de picnic, y un montón de zona para pasar el rato, su distribuci��n, correr, lo que sea.  También hay una sala de juegos al aire libre de la prima con un nuevo gabinete mesa de ping pong y dardos regulación.




Utilizamos productos de limpieza profesional que utilizan productos de limpieza "verdes".




Podrá disfrutar de las comodidades de primera clase, tales como jabones de EO y ropa de cama Coyuchi, así como la atención al detalle, cuidado y mantenimiento. 




Se puede caminar a la ciudad de Inverness, en unos 10 minutos, una muy agradable paseo por el barrio.  A sólo 2 minutos en coche de distancia se encuentra la playa Rancho de pollo, así como alquiler de Blue Water Kayak, el barco de la marina y restaurante.




Esta casa se encuentra en un tranquilo barrio aislado, y por respeto a nuestros vecinos, que piden que el ruido exterior se mantiene al mínimo después del anochecer.  Ninguna de las partes.  Fuera de los huéspedes se limitan a 4 sin aprobaci��n previa.  Si usted está mirando para tener una fiesta, por favor, póngase en contacto conmigo, ya que tengo otras casas que pueden ser más apropiados.

My husband and I had come from a long distance and more than anything wanted tranquility. We were able to enjoy the views, cook good meals in the lovely kitchen and enjoy the quiet. I don't think we have ever stayed in a place that was quite so comfortable. The whole experience was like a warm hug.

This is the second time we’ve had the pleasure of staying in this lovely cottage. Everything is so clean and well maintained and there are so many appealing touches everywhere including comfy couches and chairs in the living room. The kitchen is the most well stocked I’ve experienced and we had everything we needed, including fresh coffee beans! Trying to figure out when we can go back!

Absolutely Perfect!

You know a place is perfect when 4 crabby old folks can’t find a single thing to complain about. This place is beautifully and thoughtfully appointed. Everything works well and is comfortable. We enjoyed the fireplace and all the lovely outdoor areas. When we were there, the garden was in its glory. The restaurant advice you provided was very helpful. Not a single disappoint morsel.Really a perfect retreat.Thank you.

Getaway in Inverness

The house is comfortable; we especially liked the detached cottage since we were grandparents with a 2-year-old. We could retreat there when tired. Kitchen was well-equipped- we even baked Xmas cookies. Views of Tomales Bay were great and, in the early a.m. we could see deer near the garage feasting on the trees and plants. A convenient location with lots of privacy.

Beautiful and comfortable getaway

The house was as described, completely comfortable and well appointed for our small group. Highly functional and modern kitchen, nice living room with comfortable seating, decent beds, pretty bathroom. The guest cottage was adorable and beautiful. Great outdoor spaces. Very easy communication with host. Super location close to trails. I would highly recommend this house.

One of the best VRBO stays

We were a party of 6 family members. We all enjoyed our stay tremendously. The property is absolutely beautiful and it is set in a gorgeous, serene, and quiet location. It is equipped as one’s home (as opposed a rental). Extremely well stocked and beautifully decorated and designed. The property is also impeccably clean which we all greatly appreciated. Having two bedrooms in the main house and one bedroom + bathroom + kitchenette in the guest house worked beautifully for us. The views of the Tomales Bay from the main deck are gorgeous particularly at sunset. The host provided amazing amount of information about the property and the surrounding area which was super helpful. We greatly appreciated everything about this property and we’d gladly stay here again. Highly recommend it.

Friendsgiving trip

We rented this home for 3 couples for a 3 night long weekend. All the information and photos are very accurate. The home is lovely and the setting is amazing! Unfortunately there was a problem with the oven but they tried their hardest to get it resolved for us. Luckily they have a quality barbecue so we just cooked everything in it or on the stovetop. The home is so comfortable which made for a very relaxing trip. Super comfortable beds and linens. Comfortable chairs in the family room were so nice in front of the fireplace. We cooked all our meals so didn’t try any local restaurants. We did stop at Lagunitas on the way over and did buy oysters from Hog Island. Both great stops. The Tomales Point Trail was amazing! Saw lots of elk, a coyote and a bobcat. The cliff views at the end are outstanding. I would highly recommend this home. It’s such a wonderful area to visit and explore and this is a great place to stay.

Great house, great location, great stay!

Very roomy, well-stocked kitchen large enough that 4 of us could dance around while preparing meals. Having the "shed" was extra cool! Unfortunately, we couldn't figure out how to use the oven, but somehow we survived. Had a wonderful time exploring Point Reyes National Seashore, Point Reyes Station. Lots of ideas for things to do in the area. A great place to spend some time enjoying this beautiful part of the country.

Perfect for 2 couples

This cottage is clean, fresh and well appointed. We enjoyed the deck, the patio, the garden, the fireplace and the terrific kitchen and bathrooms. The adjacent cottage worked perfectly for the 2nd couple in our party-gave us all lots of room and privacy. We loved it!

Peaceful hide-away in the trees with a view of Tomales Bay

We enjoyed our stay at the newly refurbished house and guest house. We were very comfortable in the 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. If we needed to contact the property manager while at the rental, there is a free land-line telephone; our cell phones did not work. There was a good Wi-Fi connection. No TV, but we didn't need it. (However my grandson streamed a football game onto his laptop computer using Wi-Fi.) We spent much of our days exploring the Pt. Reyes peninsula and its beaches. The grocery store in Inverness Park is nearby with a car. Point Reyes Station has a larger market about 15 minutes away. We ate at one of the local restaurants, and enjoyed the good food and casual dining. The house is delightful in its woodsy setting. Good morning sun on the back patio dining table, with a ready to use gas grill/bar-b-q. A front deck to sit relaxing or to eat on with a panoramic view of the bay waters and landscapes beyond, about 1/2 mile distant to the water. Quiet and peaceful in the forest on 3 sides and no other houses nearby. There is parking for 3 cars, we had 2. We enjoyed this retreat, it was wonderful.

Peaceful, private and beautifully maintained cottage in the trees.

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage and absolutely loved the area. There is so much to do and see that we all want to come back- pony trekking, hiking through the redwoods and elephant seals were among the highlights. The cottage was the perfect place to come back to and relax with the kids while taking in the amazing views. We had everything we needed and more!

We totally enjoyed our stay at the Bay Tree Cottage - it was clean and comfortable with breathtaking views! The kitchen was well stocked, the living room was perfect for playing games and the studio out back was handy for when a couple of us older ones wanted to go to bed and because of the great layout of the cottage/studio, the more youthful ones of our group were able to continue on with their fun inside and not disturb anyone! We had some ants visit us in the studio, so we made a phone call to which the response was quick and accommodating. We'd definitely stay here again!
