"Beware there are pictures of TWO bathrooms BUT as the listing states there is only one. No, laundry in the unit, or it would seem anywhere on the island. I asked around but no one could direct me to a coin laundry facility. Something to consider if you're planning a longer stay."

"We had a very comfortable stay in Old Town. We enjoyed all the local Springs that we swam at. Grocery stores and restaurants were all with in 6 miles. We will return again next summer."

"If you are looking for a comfortable old Florida cottage on the water, this is perfect! It’s hard to find this kind of nostalgia. We loved the pine paneling and big back porch. The furniture was very comfortable. We watched nesting osprey and saw spoonbills, pelicans, herons and ibis. It was so peaceful and de-stressing. We will be back! Cathy Smith"

"The house itself is situated in a peaceful quiet gated community with ice cold AC and clean interior. I did extensive research on Cedar Key before booking, it is a laid back small town. If you are looking for a party town or amusement parks, this area is not for you. The primary reason I picked this are was to kayak fish with my son, and I was not disapointed with the fishing.
