Clean and Cheerful...Good Vibes!

The owners were very prompt with their instructions on check in and responseing to any questions I had. The unit was airy, cheerful and clean. The housekeeper was very accommodating and informative. She even help us when we decided to extend our stay and had to find another Airbnb place due to this apartment already was booked.

Great location

My fiancé and I stayed at this beautiful condo during our 5 day stay in Ochi. The Christie’s were very welcoming and remained in close contact for us to call or ask any questions. My initial arrival time changed and they were flexible to accommodate us! The Condo js in a very safe central location to shopping, grocery and beach. We loved our stay here and would highly recommend this property!! I loved having my morning coffee on the Balcony with such a stunning view!! After a long day. the condos comfortable couches and homey feel made for a great days ending. Thank you Mr and Mrs Christie, our Ocho Rios vacation was amazing and your property lovely!

Can't say enough about 13C.

Our third stay here, we love it. My partner and I have traveled considerably and I can tell you what I like about Ochi. The Security is well managed, priority for me. The Towers are gated as well as the beach, Apartment very stylish, View of Turtle Beach and on the other quarter is a view of the pool. I can go on but the Owners,more importantly, Yvonne and Danny are outstanding. Thank You Dean and Karen

Clean, relaxing space in a great location.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Turtle Beach Towers apartment with an ocean view. Our host met us when we arrived, gave us a tour of the surrounding area, and made sure we were settled with a few tips regarding the area. The apartment was clean and spacious with a beautiful view of the beach and town. We appreciated the private balcony and many other amenities. It is a relaxing location very close to many attractions and transportation.

A wonderful week in On the Beach

This property was as beautiful and clean as in the pictures. The unit was quite comfortable and spacious. A home away from home. Views are fabulous and the breezes on the balcony were wonderful. I sat out there for hours, watching the gentle waves and the activity on the beach. Everything appears nearly brand new inside the unit and especially in the bathroom. Also the building is exceedingly safe with swipe entry. I would highly recommend this property to my family and friends and I will surely stay again whenever I am in Jamaica. It is a well cared for unit and the owners were gracious, super responsive and all of my needs were met. The location while central to activity-I was able to walk to local markets-yet private and separate from pass through foot traffic.

All time favorite one bedroom in Ochi

I have been staying at Turtle Towers for 8 years now, multiple times a year, and this apartment is by far my favorite one bedroom that I've ever stayed in. The layout is great, the bathroom is updated, the wifi is fantastic, the couches/daybeds and bed are comfortable and I really have no complaints. The icing on the cake was how accommodating and easy to communicate with the Christies were, they really worked with me with all of my requests and were even willing to allow us to extend our stay last minute. We really had a fantastic time in this apartment and hope it's available next Easter or whenever we go back.

This is the spot to stay if you are visiting Ocho Rios and looking for a vacation rental, it’s clean great location house keeper is really nice and always checking to make sure everything on point, I will be booking again soon for summer!

Very nice and clean condo. Great location.

The condo is exactly like the photo. Ample room, nice bed and new bathroom. The location is great , close to shopping and several restaurants. The view is awesome., exactly like the photos. I wish there was a hair dryer in the unit, I haven’t travelled with one for years. Also, getting to the beach is a chore because of the construction of the promenade. Once that is complete, it will be a walkout from the property. I recommend this unit.

Even though the overall Building property is in need of upgrading re Elevators, Stairwells, the particular apartment was very welcoming. Interms of its presentation. It was very easy to unwind and and relax, plenty of space and clean. Short Walking distance to the Beach , Good shopping and Food. We enjoyed our stay, the Apartment Managers was attentive and respond asap to any query or assistance. It was observed that a lot of Beach Front Improvement Constructions was taking place at the back of the Property, this did not affect us.

Location to shops and restaurants was great, needs some updating

Overall our stay was average in 13c. I enjoyed the view from the balcony on the 3rd floor. 3 roaches were spotted in the apartment, excessive amount of ants the 1st morning waking up in the apt. The maintenance guy advised us to wipe areas the ants are spotted at with a spray that contained bleach in it. It seemed to work somewhat. The apt could use a new toaster and coffee maker. They didn't look decent enough to use. I loved having a washer in the apt. The mattress in the bedroom is firm, not comfy for the husband and I but we made do. Also, it is very warm and humid in the halls and elevator of the building.

Look no further

This sweet spot is just the slice of heaven anyone would desire. It is so immaculate, bright, light and functional. The kitchen is well stocked and they have a water filter on the kitchen sink faucet. We cooked many times as our stay was a month. All the utensils are in great condition, and they have a coffee maker. The VIEW is lovely, and its nice to sit and watch the rain over the mountain & people passing by on their way to the public beach. We thought the bed was very comfortable. I had back surgery, and I slept perfectly fine. We never used the ac at night. We cracked the window, and used the fan, and I ended up using the spare blanket, in June. I prefer to acclimate to the weather anyway. Love all the security, the pool, the elevator, the gorgeous yard, with all of natures delights. The slider door, was fixed in a nano second, and I really appreciate that. Absolutely nothing to complain about. Try and check out James Bond Beach, Pleasure Cove (really free beach), Blue Hole and the "fyah wata" spot in St Ann. Loved "Passage to India", and also the food at Pleasure Cove, is "cooked to order", and they had curry conch, my absolute favorite. The Jerk Center is pretty good, but the waitress blurted out, "they weigh the portions". Curry goat is a ton of bone, so not the best choice, IF you end up going there. Lydia & Tina were not only wonderful people, but they did a great job keeping towels changed, and the condo tidy. It was an honor to know both of you. I hope Lydia is enjoying her time in the US. Thank you to the Christie's, for sharing their peaceful abode.

first time going non inclusive,was great,,does need some up grades to the beach chairs,,locked up all the time was a pain, also only one key is issued ,must get a hold of the owner for a second one ,and no instructions for the safe,,,great view of the bay,,1 minute walk,and the pool was very clean and quite !

Amazing First Trip to Jamaica!

We had such a lovely time here! The condo was very clean and comfortable for 3 adults. The view was incredible and the central location made it very convenient to walk around downtown Ocho Rios. Ms Lydia was very kind. The security staff was helpful in suggesting the best restaurants, and they introduced us to John, a local driver who is usually station outside the complex. We used him as our driver for the entire week. Hope to return to soon!

Wonderful flat with wonderful views

It was exactly as adviertised. Everything was very easy and the owners and housekeeping person was easily available. The flat has everything you may need for you holiday stay and fantastic amazing views of the beach and the sea is at easy less than 5 min walking distance. The city and shops are very close by too. One Of The Best In Ocho Rios

Fantastic views of Bay Beach from balcony. Beach is right off condo complex, with beach chairs included. Unit has everything needed and is in the heart of Ochi, close to tourist attractions, restaurants, shops, and nightlife. Parking is available but a car is not needed. I am a multiple stay renter. Superb unit, will definitely be back again.

Our stay was very nice. The apartment itself was very clean and nicely decorated. From the balcony there is a beautiful view of the Ocean. Ms. Janet was very nice and helpful in arranging transportation for us. If I could give one suggestion it would be to update the kitchen for cooking. We like to cook more at home and spend our time and money on other adventures. There was a poor selection of pots and pans, also would have liked a blender but one was not available. We did ask if Janet could get one but she never delivered. This apartment is nicely located in an area where there is plenty to do and a short walk to the beach. The swimming pool is right outside the door. The down side of the beach area is that it is surrounded by a fence and you are limited on how far you can walk before you a met by a security guard. They also usher you off the beach between 5:00 and 6:00 pm and lock the gates....so NO moonlight walks. While this is not a reflection on the apartment itself, it will be a deal breaker for future visits to this area of Ocho Rios. Overall we enjoyed the accommodations.
