Nestled within Ocean Grove, this family friendly cabin has been fitted to cater to all your needs, sleeping eight people with outdoor area, fireplace and enclosed with beautiful trees. Close to local shops and cafes, sitting right near the Blue Lake reserve.

PARKING: Free parking on site with plenty of space in the driveway, not enclosed or in garage (Garage inaccessible) There is also ample free on street parking.



ENTRY: Contactless check in! Access via lockbox on site, code will be provided 24 hours before check in.



WIFI: Complimentary, password will be provided on check in.



KICTHEN: Toaster, kettle, coffee machine (Pods), dishwasher, oven, fridge. Complimentary selection of tea, coffee, sugar. Spices, oil provided.



DINING: We have a dining table set for 8 guests, there is also outdoor dining, see photos.



LOUNGE: Open plan living room with couch, smart TV, board games and fireplace. Apps for Netflix, Stan, YouTube available, we ask that guests use their own accounts to log in.



GARAGE: Not accessible to guests.



BACKYARD: Private patio with fence around this area (Property not fully enclosed with fence). Has outdoor seating, BBQ and clothesline.



FRONT YARD: Please note that the steps leading from the driveway to the house are quite steep, we ask guests to look at photos before booking to ensure a smooth walk.



HEATING & COOLING: The property features ceiling fans in 2 bedrooms and reverse cycle air-conditioning in main living area.



LAUNDRY: Washing machine in laundry. Washing powder provided, there is a clothes line in the back yard.



PETS: Pets are not allowed at this property.



MISC: Strictly No Smoking, Parties, Schoolies, Hens or Bucks.



Other mature special occasions upon enquiry- which must not exceed the homes sleeping capacity.
