The staff and grounds were the best things for me. I give the staff a 10 on a 5-point scale. And the grounds are lovely, with a large stream surrounded by lush bushes, flowers, and trees maybe 100 ft away. The rooms are decent size with balconies overlooking the grounds. Had a wonderful stay at El Cielo by Villa Alejandro. The villa was perfect and ideal for a family of 4. Beds were a good size and mattresses were comfortable. This property has the most amazing views of the city. Rainbows are a daily occurrence here, specially in the afternoon. The room was very clean and beautiful.
