5 bedroom Sunset Island Townhouse updated w/ new flooring *FREE Linens & Towels

This 4-Story Townhome has Family Vacation written all over it... 24 Island Edge Drive boasts 5 Bedrooms with 3 Full and 2 Half bathrooms. Upon entry you will be greeted with bright colors and a wall mural that reads "Welcome to Paradise." Updated with new flooring & new living room furniture!

This lovely townhome features a huge open concept  kitchen and dining room, with plenty of room for entertaining. Alongside the kitchen you will find the oversized family room, where all can relax after a long day at the beach.

Retreat upstairs to the Master Bedroom with a King bed, full bathroom with jetted tub, separate shower and double sink vanity. The kids can sleep peacefully in a choice of the bunkbed room with a Twin over Full and Twin Trundle or one of the other 3 bedrooms featuring 2 rooms with Queen size beds and the top floor room with King size bed and private bath.  You will not be disappointed when choosing 24 Island Edge Drive for your family vacation reservation. Townhome offers garage parking with parking pad and a full size washer and dryer for your convenience. 

Let Sunset Island be your vacation destination in 2025!  A 37-acre private community on 67th Street with fun for the whole family...Indoor & Outdoor Pools, Kiddie Pool, Interactive Splash Fountains, Bayfront Dining, Tiki Bar, General Store, Walking & Bike Path, Fishing & Crabbing Pier & Bayfront Beaches. Guests who've stayed in Sunset Island come back year after year!

Sunset Island Registration Fee:   $200 per reservation and included when booking.  This fee is required and provides you 6 facility passes & 3 parking passes.  Additional facility passes are $70 per pass and may be purchased directly once arriving in Sunset Island. Ages 3 & under do Not need a pass.
Ocean City Resort Rentals does not allow group rentals. This family rental requires the primary renter to be at least 25.  ID is required to check-in.  Online bookings of group rentals will not be honored.  No high school groups or Bachelor/Bachelorette groups. 

2 or 3 Night Minimum before Memorial Day and after Labor Day.  

No smoking ~ No pets

OC Bike Week 2024 Stay

The Townhouse was amazing equipped with everything you need in the kitchen, plenty of seating inside/outside as well. Located in a nice, friendly, and safe neighborhood. It's also located near great restaurant, shopping and near all the events and vendors during OC Bike Week. The property manager was always available whenever I had a question or needed them. My family enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property looking forward to staying again see you next year. The Skinner's and Family

Weekend Getaway

Family week at the beach

We love Sunset island and this home was perfect for our stay. The home is clean. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked with a large table. There is plenty of space inside and out.

Saved Our Vacation

We lucked out and was able to book this property last minute, Stevie worked with us and we were able to check in with in 1.5 hours of booking. The original condo we booked we found to be unacceptable, so we contacted Stevie to booked this place. The house was very clean and well equipped. We typically stay ocean side, but found this location worked well and the walk to the beach was fine. The community amenities were nice as well.
