Welcome to my pet free and allergen free, ground level, spacious, 350 square foot, fully furnished studio with its private bathroom, entry, and access to washer/dryer. It has a fully stocked kitchenette and is furnished with an expandable table, shelves, a queen size bed, two comfortable reading chairs, and a love seat. All utilities, hi-speed internet, bed linens, and towels are included. The kitchenette is in the shared laundry room (I use it once per week). It has a new fridge, microwave, toaster/convection oven; two electric burners, an electric kettle, coffee pot, air fryer, and a complete set of kitchen pots, utensils, dishes, and food storage. The spacious back yard is is available to you, and includes tables for outdoor dining, and a chaise lounge. You are welcome to harvest flowers or sample produce from the garden. You can walk to restaurants, cafes, the post office, the library, the hardware store, and to wonderful Dimond Park with its outdoor pool in the oak trees, hiking trails that will take you along Sausal Creek into Redwood Park. There are two nearby bustops that that will take you to BART, and anywhere else you want to go.
