"The apartment itself was very clean, spacious and modern. No complaints. The outside of the building was a bit rough with trash all around and the neighborhood was a bit sketchy. The “included parking” is street parking - so that “perk” felt a little misleading, but my car was still there when I woke up lol. The only issue was the air condition - it worked great, but anytime it was on you could hear something flapping around in the exposed ventilation system which was quite loud. Otherwise good....

"We really liked our top floor apartment that was up in the treetops. It was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We loved sitting out on the balcony. Our only issue was that several items had not been restocked by the cleaner. The host was very responsive and brought them over the next day. Keurig coffee maker quit working. After our granddaughter locked us out of all the bedrooms, the owner brought keys to unlock them. Very nice of them. Location close to fireworks view from Grandview park."

The home address is for the main house on the property not the carriage house I rented. This was confusing to me when I arrived in the dark. Host and I were able to sort it out the next day. Will consider renting again in the future, except there is no washer, dryer or iron in the property which I didn’t realize when booking."
