It’s “GAME ON FISHES!”  Check out this incredible and recently updated four bedroom, two bathroom 2nd ROW BEAUTY AND TOTAL BEACH PACKAGE that is under new ownership with future improvements already in planning!  Soak up the amazing ocean views from the covered front porch, let your feet enjoy luxury vinyl plank flooring, relax on new furnishings, play games or just read in the open floor plan, prepare your favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen with gorgeous Dekton countertops, take an outside shower and enjoy the underneath play area with new Tiki Bar, or head to the easy beach access for some fun in the sun! And can I bring my two dogs? Yes of course!  Located on the exclusive and elevated west end portion of Oak Island, you will immediately feel at home in this clean & fresh 4BR/2BA beach house (BR1:1Q, BR2:1Q, BR3:1Q, BR4:2T Bunk(4T).  The kitchen, dining and living areas all combine to create a first level focal point where family time and memories will be made.  The great room is flanked on the east and west sides by two bedrooms and one full bathroom each providing the ability for two families to share their vacation time together!   Relax, read or watch the beach traffic go by from the comfort of the covered front porch rockers while enjoying the sea gulls dive for bait and the pelicans streamlining along the tops of the sea oat adorned dunes.  This fantastic location offers views of the ocean but also of the backside slough and will provide you and your family with immediate satisfaction and enjoyment!  Ample parking space and outside storage for your beach gear.  D/W, W/D, ceiling fans, TVs, WIFI & H/C outside shower.  No smoking, Dog friendly (max 2 dogs w/ fee).  Departure maid service and linens included.  3-night minimum rates available outside of prime/peak seasons.  Check-In: 3-5PM, Check-Out: 10:00AM

Basic beach house

This house was your basic run of the mill beach house. Linens were provided by the rental company. The house had the bare minimums- one skillet. Minimal cooking utensils, no blender, only salt and pepper in the cabinet no other spices. I’d advise bringing a second skillet for cooking and a decent cutting knife. Very close to beach entrance so that was a plus. If you bring a little kiddo be sure to bring a pack and play- no infant accommodations are at this house.

OAK ISLAND FUN IN THE SUN

Me and my brother and our wives stayed for an extended week end so us boys could fish. We loved the layout of the house and it was very clean and did not smell like an old beach house. Loved the porch and chairs for chilling with a cup of coffee. in the early morning and and adult beverage in the evening watching the sun set. Only minor thing I would change is the clock in the kitchen, you can hear it tick all over the house LOL Over all a very nice house and at a good price.

Comfortable and convenient!

This is a traditional beach cottage. Nothing fancy, but it was very comfortable. Loved the ocean view (peeks between houses) even though it was on the 2nd row. The kitchen was well stocked. Nice beach neighbors!

Great Home for Family

Loved the location and layout of the home. Sitting on the front porch drinking coffee watching the ocean was the best. Everyone had their own space, location was convenient and the home had everything we needed. Would go again tomorrow if I could!
