"This is a great property. We stayed here in May of 2022 and enjoyed it so much we stayed again this October. Property is beautiful, emaculately maintain, and has absolutly everything you could need. The beach is a huge plus even off-season. My husband and I stayed with my mother, daughter, and her boyfriend. It was a perfect space for everyone to spread out for privace but come together for socializing. I highly recommend it."

"The property was perfect for our weekend getaway for a family wedding. The weather was terrible so we didn’t get to enjoy the cute deck! The string lights made it seem so inviting. The kitchen had everything we needed for 3 nights and the house had a great floorplan for us! We loved that you could walk to VH and hear the ferry whistle blow while in the house. The check in process couldn’t have been easier and the house felt very private. Thanks for a shirt but sweet stay!"

"The property was in a great location, not a long walk to a small beach. We had a group together for a memorial service, and were able to sleep 16. It was clean and pleasant. Some tips: - the seafood store down the road is amazing and cute - if you are a chef type, bring knives - 2 bathrooms for 16 ppl can get a little tight, so make sure your group is ready to share the space, etc. Overall, a great and affordable way to get a group of ppl together for a quiet gathering. "This isn't your basic Cape summer cottage; it's a rather spacious 1970s suburban house with a very nice pool that happens to be conveniently on the Cape. We didn't bother to go to the beach when we basically had a private swim club in the back yard! All the amenities of home? Maybe more; it's a nice roomy house. "Lucy's loverly cape house was ideal for hosting our entire group. The home and its location were truly beautiful! Communication with the host was excellent. We had the absolute pleasure of staying at Lucy's place, which is exactly described in the photos. It was exceptionally clean, and the owners have done an exquisite job decorating the house.
