★ Lake Front Waterfront ★
The house is on the lake with a large wooded coastline part of the property. Access to the lake is using steps behind the deck. The backyard IS the lake ! There is a small private beach with kayaks available for your use. The 56 acre lake is quiet with no large motorboats allowed. The water is clear for swimming.
The lake access is not recommended for people with mobility restrictions. Use of the lake and kayaks is at your own risk and liability.

★ Bedroom/Bathroom layout ★
Upstairs to the left is a private bedroom with private bathroom, queen bed and a futon if needed.

Upstairs to the right is a master bedroom. Also a large master bathroom.

*** There is a walk-through bedroom that has three twin beds and a crib and that space shares the master bathroom and this bedroom has *no independent access*.
It is only suitable for 3 children accompanying parents.

Upstairs in the center is an open area which can serve as a work space and it also has a sofa bed.

On main floor, in addition to the living room, dining room, large open kitchen and the deck overlooking the lake, there is a queen bedroom and a full bathroom with access from the main area and the bedroom.

Downstairs, there are two large bedrooms. they share a full bathroom.

One bedroom has a king bed and a pullout couch. The other bedroom has two queen beds.

TVs:
There are 5 televisions in the house setup for streaming content.
All but one room have a TV, but with the amazing location you will be staring at the lake as opposed to the TV.

★ Kitchen & Dining ★
The kitchen comes equipped with most things you would need to cook, from the gas powered stove and oven, to the spacious fridge/freezer.

You are welcome to use any dishes, utensils, pots/pans in the kitchen cabinets or appliances. You’ll have access to cookware, dinnerware, wine glasses and utensils along with a drip coffee maker to get your day started right. All the cooking essentials you would need right at your fingertips. The kitchen also comes equipped with a dishwasher!
