"I will say this. The hotel, the room, the amenities were definitely 4 to 5 star easily. Thw front desk staff member who checked me in my first night which was Tuesday May 26, 2026 around 4pm to 5pm. She was amazing. Along with the shuttle driver Rocko. Outstanding. After that day, the front desk staff was the worst. The daytime lady had attitude for days. She wasn't very helpful. She seemed disinterested in communicating. Then there was a different women at night from the 1st lady I dealt with....

"This is my first time to live Sheraton hotel far away downtown, but it really surprised me! Very clean, and quiet. I get a good sleep and feel comfortable. Big space and enough privacy. I will definitely to choose this hotel for next Chicago trip!"

"Reasonable price for stay. Room was clean and well maintained. Property was quiet and no issues. Plenty of hot water. Only stayed a night, but did notice longer term tenants. Front desk helpful and pleasant. Would stay again."

"Sometimes my opinion of a place depends on the quality of breakfast, and if it was free. Breakfast wasn't free, and it was just okay. Not the fault of the hotel, but I should have been able to walk to the Convention Center, but due to construction all routes were blocked, which required getting an Uber, since I had no car. The staff was pleasant, the room was clean. Really a fine place. I'd stay there again."

"This hotel is absolutely spotless and incredibly well-maintained. There's a large shopping mall nearby, and you can easily visit H-Mart to enjoy a wide variety of international foods and groceries. They also offer complimentary breakfast and coffee. The only downside is that the rooms on the second floor can be quite noisy due to traffic."

"Very clean, comfortable accommodations and pleasant staff start to finish. Many restaraunts to choose from within 1-2 miles and many in walking distance (Perry's Steakhouse, Capitol Grill) Cheesecake Factory .05 miles across the street at the strip mall."

"The room was fine. But checking in was somewhat of a problem. Not sure what the reason was but the key card could not open the room. We got in very late that night and had to back to the front desk twice to let her know the card didn't allow us to enter the room. So finally she had to come up and use the master key to let us in. I guess it happens."
