"Motel has been renovated fairly recently (at least where we stayed - not sure about the two storey building attached to the office/reception/dining room). Price a bit high but in line with what we paid in other hotels of cape breton. Comfy beds, fridge, microwave, no kettle, no coffee machine in the bedroom (I think the receptionist said you have to go to the reception to get coffee/tea). For one night, this was a pretty good option."

"I have stayed here many times, along with the Best Western property it shares a property and check in with. Usually it is good, but this room was not so much. It was fine, but there was a lot of mould in the shower and there was no chair in the room. Only the desk 'office' style chair. There were two of us, so I had to bring in a lawn chair from outside.
