I have to speak highly of the staff as when I informed that I was cold, they promptly turned on the heating in my room and asked Housekeeping to bring me a plug in radiator. The room was lively. St James Hotel, BW Premier Collection
Good value for money but room could do with an update especially the bathroom and some soundproofing as you could hear people in other rooms and in corridor quite clearly, also people outside throughout the night so could be noisy.
