"Room was a lovely size. Couldn’t fault the staff, they were very efficient , polite, friendly & helpful. Breakfasts were lovely and the meal we had in the pub, was very good, generous portions too. "

Having three single beds in one room is a really good idea for three adults to share - I went with my two daughters and none of us wanted to share a double bed so three singles in a room was exactly what we needed. "Spa is great, but bear in mind that it's not included into ones stay at the hotel. You'll need to call the spa reception and book it separately, and tell your bank details by phone. Also the range of rooms at the hotel don't match with the one at hotels.com. I paid for a suit and hotel's reception got it from the site as "executive". Next time I'll just book it directly with the Ringwood "

"I really enjoyed my stay eventhough at the beginning I had a room where my tv did not work but the member of staff was so helpful when I explained this . He said someone would come but they did not come so I went back to him and also told him how my towels were soiled. He changed my room . I had a great sleep and he cooked a great breakfast . He works really hard and was nice . Respect for the staff member who was the only one I saw there on my stay doing everything . "
