"The bed was comfortable. Gym was well equipped. Pool was relaxing, on the smaller side, but I enjoy the rooftop pool with my morning coffee. Kitchen and waitstaff could use attention. The salmon was dry and difficult to cut even with a knife, calamari, while described as crispy was crunchy, all breading and overcooked, burger was ok, but undercooked and I ordered a half frittata and received a whole. "Paid a lot of money only to be given a room right next to elevator and was placed in an ADA room ( not ada) when asked about an upgrade they didn’t even make an effort to accommodate us or listen to us. When we arrived our room was muggy and ac didn’t work, again we asked for an upgrade but instead they offered their after hours hvac guy to come to the room to resolve the issue. Thankfully he was able to fix it, but a better accommodation would of been greatly appreciated considering how much we...

"This Embassy Suited was below average compared to others. The breakfast selection was not as great. The rooms were not as clean. The pool area had no towels. One elevator was down the entire stay and parking was $27.99 a night."

"The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel was in a prime location."

"The property was old and smelled of mildew and mold. We had to switch rooms due to the condition and mold smell. Also the pool looks nothing like the stock photo. The water and smell was that of a basement and was unappealing. There was also no seating there. I wish I hadn’t booked it. "

"I’ve stayed here many times. It’s not that impressive looking on the outside but the rooms are very nice, on par with Hampton Inns and usually at half the price. Very clean, good TV, mini fridge and microwave. Good beds and linen, work table and a comfortable leather type chair to sit in. Female desk staff are very good. Male desk staff are excellent."

"They didnt even honor my reservation and let me check in, and then they tried to scam me with a bunch of fees. Staff was extremely rude as well. Would not recommend"
