"Arriving late in the evening the foyer was a somewhat daunting experience. It gave the impression that there could be various dubious activity going on in a number of rooms. The noise was loud all night. We didn’t get a key to our room. Big gap in door frame and we felt unsafe. Would never stay again "

"The property wasn’t ready when we arrived for 3pm, eventually ready at 5pm. When we arrived the fridge was not turned on so we could not refrigerate anything for several hours, the doors were left closed so when opened the fridge smelled awful & very unhygienic. Cutlery & utensils were rusty & in very poor condition. "Overall an okay experience. I got there in the dark on a rainy day. I got an average room. TV wasn't working. Heating was off, had some issues but they solved it with electric heaters instead. A place suitable to spend the night, nothing fancy. "

"Get what you pay for. Cheap and cheerful and budget friendly. Continental breakfast was nice, option to upgrade to cooked breakfast for £5pp, but that's in the hotel over the road. Room was small but comfortable and had everything needed for an overnight stay."
