"The check in process you need to tell them to not charge you for parking because they tried to attach me that bill without asking when i did not use their parking. You can park for free on the street. The view is ok if you get a higher floor than 8. The resort fee is outrageous because you dont want to use their pool or any other amenities that are not attractive to use. I rather go outside elsewhere."

"I requested 3 non smoking rooms. 1 room smelled like all cigars. 1 room was put on a different floor and only 1 room is what I would’ve considered to be clean.
Location wise this hotel is perfect. I selected Ballys based on a previous stay almost 10 years ago. When I return to the area I will be staying elsewhere. My room keys kept disabling but it’s better than staying off the boardwalk. You can hear everything in the adjoining rooms. I did not even sleep last night not a solid 3 hours because...

When we arrived, we noticed spilled chips in the hallway, and they were still there 4 days later when we checked out. The downstairs area was nice and the arcade was a great feature, but overall the cleanliness and upkeep were disappointing.
