"After COVID the hotel rates increased dramatically based on the few improvements to the rooms~
The bathtubs still have no mats in the tubs so they're very slippery~
Bathroom flooring always seems dirty~ The bed coverings are 2 sheets and a thin blanket, we froze both nights!
But it's one individual in particular, Kevin, who is very matter of fact and never friendly or helpful!
I've been staying at LHL several times a year for the last 10 years and every front desk agent is helpful and friendly,...

"Had a really nice stay overall. The room was clean, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the staff was friendly. It ended up being a perfect chill birthday/Mother’s Day getaway. The only downside was that the restaurant is currently under construction, so the menu was very limited and food/drinks were served in to-go boxes instead of regular dining service. Other than that, everything was great and we enjoyed our stay"

"Room itself, was spacious and overall clean. However, sofa bed protector had staining/hair as with the blankets provided, but the sheets seemed clean. We only stayed one night, so I just opted to use one of the sheets as a blanket instead of going back to the front desk as it was midnight and my children were tired.
