The location was perfect, right at 22nd and Surf. You don't have to cross a street to get to the boardwalk and the beach but you're not so close that you're hearing boardwalk noise all the time. We were able to park our two cars at the house and either walk or bike everywhere we wanted to go.
The property had plenty of space for our group of seven (3 adults & 4 teens) and could have comfortably accommodated more. The dining room table seats 8 and the breakfast bar seats another 3. The living area had plenty of space on sofas and chairs to sink into and relax. Having three full bathrooms was also a big plus with the size of our group. The kitchen was setup really nicely for our needs with two coffee makers, stove/oven, microwave, toaster oven and plenty of dishes, silverware, glasses, cookware, etc.
The owner was very responsive getting back to us with answers to questions. Check in and check out were quick and easy. The check in and check out times were perfect so that we didn't feel rushed. Our family has stayed at many different properties in Wildwood and North Wildwood over the years. This one is definitely one that we'd be delighted to come back to again.
