"Upon arrival, I was greated by one of the resort staff, and initially had a nice feeling. However, within a couple of minutes, the desk clerk told me that my emotional support dog would need to be by my side at all times during my stay, and was not allowed to be in any of the common areas of the resort. My dog is 17 years old, and was startled by a loud noise, which caused him to briefly bark. The gentleman said, in a very condescending way, that hes never heard of a support dog barking at loud...
