"Garrett was wonderful at the front desk . He was able to accommodate a room on the first floor which was important for my family. He was respectful and professional and went the extra mile to provide a late check out of 2 hours so I could get additional rest after a long trip. The room was clean and the counter tops and floors looked new, however there was no closet or hook to hang coats or blazers. I'm glad there was a microwave, refrigerator and desk with a chair. The bedding looked nice but...

"I used to stay here all the time, but this place has become very neglected. The wifi did not work, even though I called the day before I checked in to make sure the connection was fast, because I was supposed to work from my room. Please do not stay here if you are a business traveler. The soap and shower gel dispensers were empty and were not refilled when I complained about it. The coffee maker was broken, and the cable cord was disconnected from the TV; if I wanted to watch TV I had to...
