When I pointed out that Expedia screws up our resevation for three for two bed stay, they did not charge extra by still gave us the beautiful room we had reserved, as well a the taster Sunday brunch! Vry understanding and desirous to make us comfortable-even helped take our bags to our rom!!"

"This is the nicest facility we have stayed at, it’s beautiful, we were moved to a ground floor suite ,since my family member had difficulty walking, Emily was fantastic! I was so excited to be able to sit on the back porch of the room, we had ducks visit and at least 6 black and grey squirrels. I cannot tell you in enough words how fantastic this place is! "We did not have a pet. The staff was wonderful. Jamie was at the desk when we came in and helped us figure out the TV remote. It was one we were not familiar with. The next morning Jo Ellen took the time to talk to us and did tell us where the ice machine was. It had snowed all night and there was a lot of snow on our car, and we did not have our big brush. She was so nice to clean off our car. Everything was neat and clean the lobby and the bedroom. Comfortable bed. There was a nice large...
