This expansive property features seven elegantly appointed bedrooms and six bathrooms, accommodating both large gatherings and intimate retreats. The heart of the home is its large, private pool, offering a refreshing escape with a spectacular ocean backdrop. Inside, the open-plan living area merges seamlessly with a modern, fully equipped kitchen, making it perfect for entertaining or relaxing while soaking in the panoramic seaside vistas. With its prime location in the serene Cherry Grove section and a plethora of amenities, this beach house is an idyllic destination for those seeking a luxurious, ocean-view getaway.

MAIN FLOOR
Upon entering, the well-appointed kitchen welcomes you with modern appliances and a chic kitchen bar, promising delightful meals with a view. LOWER LEVEL
The downstairs level of the home features 3 more stunning bedrooms and 2 other bathrooms. This level can be accessed by exterior doors in the front or the rear of the home. Additionally, there is a spiral staircase that runs from the main kitchen to the lower level. This area is perfect for the younger kids in the group or anyone who wants a bit more privacy during their stay!

GUEST ACCESS
Guests of this stunning home have complete access to every room, amenity, and the spacious outdoor area! 8 days prior to arrival, guests will receive an email with all the check-in information as well as a code for the doors.

Other things to note.
SUPPLIES - To ensure your stay with me is comfortable, I've provided the essential supplies. This is just a little something to help you and your guests enjoy your stay. Please note, while this is intended to cover your stay, should you run out, additional supplies will not be provided.

BABY ITEMS
To ensure the smallest of family members have what they need, a pack-n-play, crib sheets, highchair, infant bathing tub, and a few toys are provided.

BEACH EQUIPMENT
To ensure you have everything for the beach, I provide Tommy Bahamas Back-Pack Beach Chairs, Beach Umbrellas, sand anchors, a soft cooler, sand toys, beach towels and a beach wagon to easily carry it to the beach.

TV/STREAMING
The property features all state-of-the-art smart TVs with access to streaming apps like Netflix, YouTube, and more. Please note that guests need to use their own accounts for these services. I do provide cable TV. Enjoy your entertainment experience!

PET-FRIENDLY
Bring your furry friends along for the exciting vacation! We happily accept pets of all shapes and sizes with the payment of our non-refundable pet fee of $150. This covers up to 2 pets for the duration of the stay. Each additional pet is subject to approval and will cost $75 per pet. To ensure cleanliness and avoid additional cleaning fees, we kindly request that owners promptly pick up their pets' waste and refrain from allowing pets on beds and furniture.

NO PARTIES/EVENTS
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Any guests found to be hosting an event or party without prior approval will be subject to immediate eviction without the possibility of reimbursement.

NO SMOKING INSIDE
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any evidence of smoking will result in a fee for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning.

PROPERTY MAINTENANCE
We pride ourselves on ensuring your stay is as comfortable as possible. Should you notify us of any concerns or issues after 5PM, there might be a delay in addressing it until the next day. However, please rest assured, we will do everything within our power to rectify the situation promptly.

POOL/HOT TUB MAINTENANCE
Our pools and hot tubs are maintained by a trusted third-party company. Due to their independent operations, we can't provide specific day confirmations to guests about their visits, and they are not required to announce their arrival when servicing the property.

HEATED POOL DISCLAIMER
Please note, our pool is equipped with heating features. However, during the winter months, the effectiveness of the heating can be limited due to lower temperatures. We strive to ensure your comfort, but please set your expectations accordingly for a cooler swim experience in winter. Guests are kindly requested to request pool heating in advance of their arrival to ensure optimal enjoyment during their stay. It is $200/stay for the heated pool. Please do not tamper with the outdoor pool equipment on the side of the house. This can disrupt service.

REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT
A 100% refundable security deposit hold in the amount of $500 is required. It is a credit card hold and it will be automatically released within 3 days from departure.

RENTAL AGREEMENT
A Rental Agreement will be sent once you book from KT-Escapes as well as all correspondence.
