Our spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo at Ironwood Resort offers a comfortable retreat for up to 6 guests. The master bedroom features a King-sized bed, while the second bedroom has two twin beds. Two full bathrooms with bath/shower combos ensure convenience for all guests. The condo includes a dining table that accommodates four and a cozy living area for relaxation. Enjoy beautiful views of the Norman Golf Course from your private balcony. The condo also comes with a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and complimentary WiFi. Please note, the decor and furnishings may vary, as each unit is individually owned.

We aim to make your stay as smooth as possible. All communication regarding your booking, check-in procedures, and any other inquiries will be handled via phone, email, or messaging. Other Things to Note
• Booking Requirements: Guests must be at least 25 years old. We do not rent to locals.
• A copy of your driver's license and a signed rental agreement are required to complete your booking.
• Please be aware that some amenities, such as the outdoor pool, may be seasonal and subject to availability depending on the time of year. Contact us for specific opening dates and availability during your stay.
• You must check in at our office before heading to the property to receive check-in instructions. You will not be able to access the property without them.
• We provide linens and towels (no beach towels) and an initial setup of toiletries. Daily housekeeping is not provided.
• Monthly rentals are available only from October through March.
• Only two parking passes are permitted per reservation.

All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee

Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is refundable minus cancellation fees

Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation fees still apply

Cancel less than 30 days: No refunds
