Do not rent this property: you will be disappointed

My husband and I have used VRBO for years. We have never rented a dirty property like this.The property was dirty; the floors, the walls in the bathrooms, kitchen utensils had been put back into the dishwasher dirty.The dressers had items from peoples pocket change left on them and in the corners of the rooms. It is very outdated and basic woth no comfort or hospitality offered. We had the feeling like we weren't wated there.When we arrived we received a threatening phone call about being thrown out if we didn't fill out a missed peice of paperwork. The property was also misrepresented as far as pool access and shuttle bus rides.When we called into the help number provided they were supposed to call us back and deliver our pool passes, but they never called back. Our grandchildren were denied pool access and they shuttles only ran on the weekends. These owners are using Barefoot Resort properties good name badly
