As you enter the home, you`ll be greeted by a bright and open living area that`s perfect for gathering with loved ones. The living room features comfortable furnishings, a fireplace, and plenty of natural light.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook up a feast, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, and microwave. There`s also plenty of counter and cabinet space for all your cooking needs.

The three bedrooms are all spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for you and your guests to spread out. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated and features comfortable beds, ample storage space, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light.But the real highlight of this townhouse is the outdoor space! The large deck is great for hanging out with breathtaking views of the lake.

Paradiso is a private club in the Mixson neighborhood near Park Circle, offering exclusive discounted access for The Boroughs` guests, including the pool, gym, wellness classes, co-working, dining, poolside cabana reservations, social events, and live music. Day passes and cabanas have associated fees.

Two weeks before your reservation date, all guests of The Boroughs will be provided with a one-pager that includes booking information to reserve access to Paradiso. Reservations need to be made 24 hours in advance with guest information. Please Note*: Paradiso is a private membership based club and access is not guaranteed.

Firearms Prohibited: Firearms are not allowed on the property. Any firearm found will be considered abandoned and handled accordingly.

Location Disclosure:
Charleston is a vibrant, growing city, and guests may experience typical urban sounds, including traffic, nearby restaurants, bars, or general street noise. Construction noise may also occur in the area. While we strive to inform guests of potential disruptions, we may not always have advance notice of such activities.

Charleston does have quite a few bugs, we have a professional pest control company service the house every month. Every effort is made to present a clean home at Check-In. To minimize the impact of bugs on your vacation, keep doors/windows closed, food wrapped and store it in the refrigerator.
