"This is overall a good hotel. I know this review isn't going to sound that way but I rely on Expedia reviews and want others to know what to expect.
It is very bare bones. There are basically no amenities. No laundry. The wi-fi is basically non functional. No ironing board (though there was an iron). No microwave. Towels are small and very minimal (we only got 3 for a 4 person room). No hand towels at all and only 2 washcloths.

"My entire Family travels here yearly, my first year in my own room with kids & my sisters been coming last couple of years! This is an annual trip.
My brother, 2 sisters, mom & dad.
We all had separate rooms. All equally had a beautiful visit.

"The room left a lot to be desired. There were no blankets, only flat sheets. The air conditioner was right next to the bed so we were either freezing with it on or hot with it off. The room had a heavy odor of Fabuloso, to the point I thought I was going to pass out in the bathroom with the door closed. There was blood on the fitted sheet. The floors were filthy despite the cleaning solution smell. We had to give our car keys to the office which I was not comfortable with."

"With a grandkid in travel soccer we've have to stay at many hotels. Out of all of them this had been the best hotel stay we've had in a long time. Hotel owner is a stand up guy and was helpful from time we arrived to the time we left. Made our trip convenient and easy. Room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Short walk to the boardwalk and our soccer tournament. Have no complaints what so ever."
