"We love staying at the Leeuwenhorst. It has a lot to offer. Free parking, it has beautiful woods behind the hotel for exercise and walks. The breakfast buffet has tons of good breakfast options. The sauna and gym is great to have on-site. It is located close to Noordwijk aan Zee."

Wir haben das OZO Hotel spontan wegen des günstigen Preises und der kostenfreien Parkplatz Option gebucht. Und die Entscheidung war goldrichtig: tolles geräumiges Zimmer, super gut klimatisiert & isoliert (trotz Flughafennähe), ein hervorragend sauberes Zimmer und wirklich gute Betten. Alles in allem, - wir waren für die Notlösung außerhalb von Haarlem begeistert"

"Airport shuttle bus not free anymore."

"The bedding, a huge duvet, was heavy and very hot for sleeping in a room with barely adequate air conditioning. The dense foam mattress only added to the heating. Ended up tearing the duvet apart and sleeping under the duvet cover. The main restaurant was closed for the summer (except for breakfast?) in an area with no nearby restaurants, The bar and grill was okay. The glass, swing door for the bathroom lacked privacy. The breakfast buffet was huge and good but very expensive."

"We spent one quick night between flights. The room was very contemporary and well equipped. Small but fine for a short stay. Food and bar were nice and relaxing- so easy not to have to venture out. Staff were all lovely! Breakfast was fabulous. Thank you!"

"Amazing hotel. Loved the convenience of being steps away from the airport hall. Only qualm was while we were in a rush, we tried to activate the elevator to go back down but the did not work. No one answered the front desk on the elevator hall phone or my room phone. It felt quite distressing. Eventually when we returned to the elevator area after a few minutes the numbers reappeared and it worked again."

"I booked this hotel specifically for the free shuttle. It only runs every 40 minutes and there are two Ibis shuttles for different hotels. When I tried to approach the driver - he wouldn’t open the door and I didn’t get on for fear of going to the wrong hotel. As a result, I had to wait another 40 minutes and didn’t arrive until nearly two hours after I landed. The 9 minute shuttle ride is also 30 minutes."

"At a glance the hotel looked lovely and even though there was a queue, the check in process was smooth. Upon entering the bedroom there was stained carpets and a sewage smell coming from the bathroom. There was what looked like ketchup smeared above the mirror in the bedroom and stains in the carpet and the television did not work. They upgraded us and it was better but still not great and not value for money at all. The TV still didn’t work and we witnessed dirty cups being left to the front of...

"The room was nice, the staff was friendly! They have a airport shuttle every 40 min. (16.40, 17.20 ext) Only thing the hotel is super big and when you arrive they have stairs, so you need to carry your luggage to the front desk. Also they don’t have bellboy to help you with your luggage. They have like 8000 rooms and you need to walk all the way with you luggage to your room (i had room 5000 sum). But other than that the hotel was good and the pool was nice."
