We would stay here again, book with confidence. Left us a nice welcome package and included a dozen fresh eggs. Very much appreciated. One little thing, there is a gas grill, but if you use it there is an additional cleaning fee. That should have been disclosed in the property description."

"We enjoyed this rental so much. It was clean, beautiful, organized and had all the details that make a stay extra enjoyable. The kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry room were all well stocked, the beds and bedding were very comfortable, the yard was gorgeous, the view was spectacular, and the ease of getting in and out of the gated property was the cherry on top. The hosts were super welcoming and went out of their way to make sure we had a good experience. They were the best hosts we’ve ever had....

"The owners are very friendly, we let them know when we were coming and they greeted us when we arrived to walk through the property. In the morning we were greeted with spectacular views of Hilo and fresh bananas from the garden. This property is great for eco-conscious visitors, as the owners make great efforts to reduce their impact on the environment and teach visitors about their efforts as well. "Lovely little guest house in a safe and well kept neighborhood ten minutes from downtown Hilo. Our host Raul was readily available to answer any questions. The property is very secure with a combination operated gate, although there was no indication that it was necessary. The property was clean and comfortable, and one could easily prepare meals there (we did) if tired of eating out (we were). We would stay here again. It’s the perfect size for a couple."

"The home is stylish on the pictures, although in reality the place is really old and needs maintenance Carpets are stained and smelly, kitchen has insects defecation on almost all of then. Bathroom doesn't makes it better. The bed mattress are ok, but again bedsheets are stained and the rooms does not smell good. Everything is in bad shape and from the pictures you would not except it. We were very disappointed by this rental."

"This home was beautifully amazing and accommodated the entire ‘ohana. It was super clean, private, fenced in and came equipped with all the extras (leftovers from other guests; condiments, spices for cooking, coffee, cooler bags, etc). Falling asleep to the river was so peaceful and it was off the main road, so little traffic. Will definitely be staying here again. Mahalo nui!"
