"We had a fabulous time. Great communication and welcome from owners. The apartment was beautiful, the decor, the outlook from sitting room window, with all the trees and birds. Kitchen was really well equipped and lovely touch of a cake, buscuits, milk, water and soft drinks. Beautiful products in bathroom and super comfy bed. We will definitely be back in the future. "

"This place was amazing, I loved the place very highly recommended"

"We had a lovely stay, everything was great and very good communication from the host."

"Flat 3 was a lovely room, just what I needed after a rough few weeks. Everything was in walking distance, 10 mins to the sea front, will definitely use this company again."

"The place was ideal close to marina and centre .It was clean and had everything we needed for are stay"

"Great location. Lovely views. Free parking. Comfortable accommodation. Clear details. Great for walking. Great for buses. Great for trains."

"This is a very clean home that had what we needed during our holiday. Naveed was very easy to deal with and had great communication. It’s worth noting that this is a flat upstairs from a convenient store and mechanic shop. We were fine with it, but it does add a level of noise to being in the flat and/or having your windows open. "Die Wohnung war sauber, modern eingerichtet und hatte alles, was man braucht. Location war perfekt. Zu Fuß waren es 10-15 Minuten in die Innenstadt und an den Hafen. Der Host hat noch am Tag unserer Ankunft nachgefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist.Sehr zu empfehlen"

"The room was well equipped, comfortable and in a good location. It was hot but that's not the fault of the accommodation. The only challenge was that the door was very hard to lock."

"Very enjoyable stay, right on the sea front but quiet. Accommodation clean, modern and roomy. It was heatwave conditions when we were there and an AC unit would have been welcomed. However we did have a fan, which in normal conditions would have been adequate. Highly recommended."

"I have been staying in Dartmouth working for the past 8 months and wish I found this place sooner. It is a lovely room with views and the couple are lovely and very welcoming. This place is better than all the hotels that I have stayed in. Would 100% recommend and happily stay in again."

"Great location, but some room for improvement Great location, just a stone’s throw from the main beach in Torquay. The flat had all the amenities we needed for cooking, which was a plus. Unfortunately, there were a few things that let the stay down. The dining table only seats two people, despite the flat accommodating four. This meant our children had to sit at the table while we ate standing at the kitchen counter. Although the toilet looked clean, there was a noticeable smell of urine. The...

"Very basic accommodation in need of a complete redecoration/refit. Upstairs bathroom shower waste was blocked caused a small flood. Flat above an off licence, in a dreary street. OK for one night if passing though."
