"Wow!! Im a bit late leaving this review but honestly wow! This place is amazing. I've visited Newquay loads in the past but never visited this place. Aaron the owner is the friendliest nicest guy you could ever meet. The rooms are spotless & the views are outstanding. Never have I felt so welcome when staying at a hotel in my life. I would highly recommend this place to anybody. "

"Hotel estilo victoriano en ubicación idílica. Buen entorno. Playas y vistas espectaculares. Celebro la calidad de su servicio (restaurante, cafetería). Lamento lo inflexible de los horarios de cena. A las 9 cierran terraza (otros días más tarde) sin indicación visible. Estábamos disfrutando del anochecer (espectacular) y por no más de cinco minutos nos quedamos sin cenar (aún servían a la gente sentada en la terraza). El pueblo queda algo retirado. Al exponer las quejas, poca reacción del...

"La recepcionista a la llegada no fue muy simpática, no nos ha explicado casi nada del hotel etc. El recepcionista de la mañana ha sido simpático! El desayuno es muy básico! En la suite hay algunas desperfectos que se tendrían que arreglar! Los pasillo del hotel no tienen calefacción y hace frio. La maqueta no esta muy limpio. Faltan bolsas de Hygiene en el baño."

"Stayed in the hotel itself. In the bigger King suite. Very comfortable bed, great view, breakfast was tasty, spotlessly clean. Could do with improvement but didn’t take away from our stay: floorboards from above creaked a bit (to be expected in a Manor House), no evening meals in restaurant. Would definitely stay again."

"We loved our stay at the Victoria. Please don't come expecting the most modern decor or facilities but if you are an appreciator of old school style and don't mind a bit of mildew or peeling paint, then the Victoria is an incredible place to stay in Newquay. We brought our young spaniel and he loved it, staff were so welcoming and the place has such charm, is located *perfectly* in town with wonderful sea views. We fell in love, and we will be back! "
