The Space:
If you’re vacationing to California in search of sun and sand, you’re in the right place at Blue Iris! Large, plentiful windows throughout the home offer views of the surrounding area as well as an abundance of natural light. The open concept floor plan organically combines generous spaces with gathering places, ensuring that no matter where you roam you can find either the privacy or excitement you need to create the perfect vacation.

A gorgeous deck includes an abundance of seating options for sunbathing, casual conversation, or al fresco dining. Should the nights grow cooler, turn on the portable lamp heater to create a warm and comfortable ambiance. The grill master in your group will be delighted to fire up the available barbeque for a delicious outdoor cooked meal. If you’re in need of a break from the sun, step off the deck into the spacious living room that beckons you to kick back and relax on the plush leather sofas and recliner, surrounding a remote-controlled gas fireplace and large mounted smart TV.

The fully equipped kitchen is a chef’s dream, with attractive countertops and stainless steel appliances. A microwave, toaster, and drip coffee maker round out the suite of amenities, with plenty of cookware and dining ware to accommodate your whole group. When you’re ready to sit down and enjoy a well-earned meal, you’ll find a sizable dining room table with enough seating for 10.

This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 4 private bedrooms, all located on the second floor of the home. Enjoy the boosted Wifi and streaming TVs throughout the home. You can also charge up your electric vehicle with an EV charger in the garage.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed and smart TV.

Bedroom #3 includes 2 twin size beds and smart TV.

Bedroom #4 includes a queen size bed and smart TV.

The home also includes 2 additional bathrooms – 1 full bathroom with a dual vanity and shower/tub combo, and 1 half bathroom with pedestal sink.

THINGS TO NOTE:
Primary renter must be 25 or older and present at the property throughout the reservation
Pet friendly! Maximum of 2 pets, no large dogs allowed. There will be an additional pet fee of $200.
Washer and dryer in home.
Garage parking for 1 vehicle with EV charger available.
Since the garage parking is shared with the other unit, large vehicles must park on the street. Smaller vehicles only for the 1 garage parking spot per unit.
Guests CANNOT park vehicles in front of the garage. Failure to do so may result in car being towed at guest's expense and/or a penalty fine can be passed onto the guest.

Located less than a mile from the Corona del Mar State Beach Park, Blue Iris is in walking distance of restaurants, parks and local boutique shops. Just a short drive away from a fun-filled day of surf and sand. Newport Center is 1.5 miles away, offering an abundance of dining and shopping. Break out the clubs and practice your swing at one of the many local golf courses. The family-friendly Balboa Pier is a great place to stretch your legs or break out a fishing pole or two.
Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested. Please feel free to contact us if you are interested in arranging.

Other Things to Note:
If you are bringing a pet - please note that the Pet Fee is not included in the total price paid at booking. An additional Flat Pet Fee of $200 will be applied after the booking is complete. A maximum number of 2 pets can be brought to this property. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact us. To avoid fines, please make sure your pet is on a leash and that you pick up after your pet.

This house is all about the location. You can't get better than this! Close to all of the places to eat and Mother's Market down the street along with CVS and the best coffee around-Reborn. And just a 5-10 minute walk to the beach. The kitchen was a bit lacking in some of the things needed but we contacted Phil--the property manager who is amazing--and he got us the things we needed right away. There were no beach chairs or umbrella which is very standard at all beach houses but Phil set us up with that too. For an 11 day stay there should have been more paper towels and laundry pods too. Also, the bathrooms should really have large bottles of shampoo/conditioner and body wash in each of the two bathrooms. Costco sells all of this for so cheap that it should be there and also toilet paper for 11 days for 8 people--we had to buy more. The rooms are very spacious and the beds were fairly comfortable. We loved that the dining table sat 12 people so we could enjoy our meals together. The patio is amazing and the grill and outdoor heater were so nice to have. Overall it's a great place but just needs a little attention to details and then it would be amazing.

THE PROPERTY IS SPACIOUS AND HAS A QUIET NEIGHBORHOOD. THERE ARE STORES AND RESTAURANTS WHICH ARE ALL WALKING DISTANCE WHICH IS REALLY VERY CONVENIENT AND APPRECIATE THAT WE CAN ENJOY SHORT WALKS WITH MY GRANDCHILDREN AND BREAKFAST AND DO A LITTLE SHOPPING. MY DAUGHTERS ENJOYED GETTING PAMPERED WITH A MESSAGE AND THE BEAUTY SALONS, MY GANDCHILDREN ENJOYED THE CHILDRENS TOYS AND CANDY SHOP. AND THE PARK. THIS IS A GOOD PLACE FOR FAMILIES WITH LITTLE CHILDREN .

“Girls” reunion

We wanted a safe, private space to reconnect. The patio, kitchen & living room provided great places to hang out. The place was spotless & well equipped. Corona Del Mar is the perfect getaway. Walking distance to the beach, shops& restaurants. Short drive to Balboa, Newport & Laguna. 15 minutes to airport (SNA)

Great location and well kept home

We traveled in a total group size of 8 plus an infant. One of the secondary rooms was large enough to accommodate a pack-n-play for the infant. All four bedrooms are all upstairs. In addition to the primary bath, there is one full bath upstairs. We didn’t use the garage as there was ample street parking available for our two vehicles. It is a short 2 block walk to coffee, grocery store or pharmacy. It’s also about a 2 block walk to the Sherman Gardens. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the Beach. We enjoyed our stay and would stay at this location again.

Nice Newport/Corona Del Mar Home

Great location and accommodation that is convenient and quite w close proximity to beach, parks, dining. Clean, safe neighborhood. Comfortably sleeps 6 ( to get 8 need to share 2 queen beds in 2 rooms). Well-appointed (although needs more drink ware) and updated w good closet/drawer space. Garage is in back of property off an alley w small space allocation but mostly available street parking at front of house. I would stay at Blue Iris again.

Great CDM house

This is the best place I stayed in Newport and CDM area. The Host Phil is great and response so fast. The house is clean, floors is clean , everything is nice and clean. The neighborhood is very nice. That location is perfect, so close to beach, shopping, restaurants, coffee shop, perfect location. I will definitely come back.
