"Steep staircase to access third floor. Offscreen parking okay but a bit confusing in directions. If your requesting to not use the front door. Do not list the code. The place was clean."

"The property is just as advertised and is a very nice place to stay. Very convenient to attractions and places to eat. Ample off street parking. Would definitely stay here again."

"Place is clean and centrally located. Easy walk to restaurants, shops etc."

"Great location. Owner very responsive to our needs. Thank you. "

"Had some issues at first but PortsCityStays were great to work with once we connected. Josh made sure our stay went well and went out of his way to make sure we had a great long weekend. The location is great and you can walk to some great bars and restaurants. Thanks to Josh, we will use PortCityStays again. Cheers!"

"Nice little VRBO for a quick stay. Beds were comfortable, clean uncluttered layout, close to everything."

"The apartment was exactly as pictured. Well decorated, spacious and comfortable. The location is exceptional! In the heart of everything, yet we did not find it loud. It was fun to watch the tugboats in and out shepherding huge boats through the harbor. The host was great communicating everything we needed to know and the parking spot was perfect. A lovely touch with snacks and toiletries available it you need them."

"Very clean and new basement apartment with its own entrance. There are lots of amenities not commonly found in other rentals: personal hygiene, high quality soaps and haircare items. Location was good to walk to some local restaurants and bars. The owners live upstairs but give you plenty of privacy. It is in a nice and quiet area. No complaints, if a larger bed would fit that would be ideal but i understand space is limited. There was some pitter parter of small feet above at times but nothing...

"Excellent location, lots of good restaurants—good news, bad news—if you want to go to bed early on a weekend it can be noisy due to proximity to bars and restaurants, but we did find some earplugs in the bedroom drawer. Darryl left great instructions and guides to the area. It was a little awkward for the upstairs couple to have to come back to the main level for the wash room, Parking near the unit on a Friday evening was a challenge. But the unit was nicely furnished with a well equipped...
