"Everything went well "

"This is our third stay at the hotel, but our first stay in a corner balcony room. The room itself was spacious and clean. However, as with previous stays, the balcony was absolutely plastered with bird muck, leaving the seats unusable. There were also no cushions on the seat outdoors, or in the room that we could find. It might be handy now we’re having drier warmer weather, to maybe have them available in the room. We stayed here last week in a different balcony room and we had the same issue...
