Mercure Newcastle
"Floor in the room was very wet from the leaking fridge. The girl at reception gave me towels to put on the soaked floor. The room smelled damp and generally bad. The staff were really nice and the food was good but the room was terrible."

"We stayed at the property for 3 nights. It had everything we needed, it was clean and comfortable and definitely loved it being so close to Cole’s and Woolworths. Personal desire’s comfier beds, but definitely value for money."
