Guest access
You’ll have the whole home to yourselves. The only area off-limits is the locked cleaners’ cupboard.

Getting around
Beaumont Street is about a 7-minute flat walk. Aldi is about 5 minutes’ walk. Sunday farmers markets are about 10 minutes’ walk. McDonald Jones Stadium is walkable, and Newcastle’s beaches are a short drive. Trains, light rail, buses and rideshare are all close if you’d rather leave the car.

House Rules
We want you to have a great stay. Please read and respect these rules so everyone, including our neighbours, can enjoy the property.

Check-in and check-out
- Check-in from 3:00 pm (earlier only if agreed in advance)
- Check-out by 10:00 am (later only if agreed in advance)
- Please close and lock all doors and windows whenever you leave, including on departure

Cleanliness
- Please leave the home clean and tidy. A standard clean is included. Extra cleaning charges may apply for excessive mess beyond normal use, such as dirty dishes, rubbish left inside, an uncleaned BBQ, games not packed away, or stains.

No daily housekeeping
- Please do not remove towels or linens from the property
- Empty indoor bins into the correct Solo bins outside
- Place used towels in the bathtub

Noise and behaviour
- Quiet hours: midnight to 8:00 am on Friday, Saturday and public holiday nights; 10:00 pm to 8:00 am on all other nights
- No excessive noise or unruly behaviour
- Unauthorised parties or events are not permitted

Guests
- Overnight guest numbers must match the booking unless extra guests are approved in advance
- The person who books is responsible for everyone in the group

Pets
- Pets are welcome, but please enquire first with details of your pets
- You are responsible for any pet damage
- Please bring your own pet supplies
- Do not leave pets unattended if they may bark or damage the home

Smoking
- No smoking inside
- Smoke outside only and use the ashtrays provided
- Do not leave cigarette butts in the garden or yard

Parking
- One vehicle in the driveway, plus extra street parking out the front

Property care and security
- There is 1 motion-activated camera at the front entrance only
- No cameras inside the home, backyard or private living areas
- Please do not move, switch off or interfere with the WiFi, modem or camera
- Guests are responsible for damage, breakage or theft during their stay
- Report any breakages as soon as practical
- Lost keys or remotes should be reported immediately. Replacement and call-out costs may apply
- Items left behind can be posted for a handling fee plus shipping

Important
The primary guest is responsible for making sure the whole group follows these rules. Any breach may result in extra charges, eviction and/or loss of bond.
