"What staff? We arrived to hordes of people with 2 automated checkin kiosks, of which ai think I counted 2 people that were able to use them successfully. The location is good. The bar in the hotel was decent. The room itself was huge for a European hotel room, but the bath/shower combination was deadly. Climbing into the shower required gymnastics abilities, but climbing out was life risking. Seriously, getting out of the shower was scary. I should have taken pictures (not of me climbing out of...
