Apex Waterloo Place Hotel
"An absolute 5 star experience! The hotel was beautiful and in a great location for sightseeing on foot. The staff were friendly and helpful with all our questions. Our favorite amenities: Soaker tub in our room, pool and breakfast (worth the price)."

"Property lacking in amenities. In the bathroom, no q tips, cotton pads / cotton balls. Tissue box empty and not replaced. Coffee pods, sugar and creamer were not replaced after using. Coffee cup and plate was put out in the hallway by housekeeping and the dishes sat there in the hallway for almost ..."
