• Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking lots.
• Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• Local resident restrictions apply. Guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking.
• House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Violators will be charged $500 fine.
• Pets are not allowed. Violation of our pet policy may result in a $500 plus cleaning expenses. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay.
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.

We thought the place was nice and looked as we expected and was convenient to everything. Unfortunately, the place was poorly insulated. The bedroom with windows was so close to the street and could hear people screaming all night and trash trucks beeping. Also the rooms were so thin between units and we could hear noise all night from neighboring unit who was clearly not following rules on parties. Finally there were security concerns as homeless people hung out at the exterior door most times we were coming and going. We also found people sleeping in the little room off the hallway. It was the only negative on an otherwise great trip to NOLA. I cannot recommend the place for these reasons

First off, the pros:the brick! It’s gorgeous pretty decorspaciousgreat location Cons:The outer door into the lobby has a lock with a code, but the door doesn’t close on its own (it needs repair), so anyone can access the interior unit doors. Our unit door had obviously been broken into, and only one of three locks was repaired. About half the time we left/returned, the outer door was ajar. After asking, I have not received a response about whether or not the doors have been repaired.We were never able to communicate with a local property manager, only with Hosteeva, which just adds another middle man between the renter and VRBO.Both toilets consistently had trouble flushing.There wasn’t filtered water, tissues, or hot pads to get hot things out of the oven.The shower curtain had a long stain at toilet level.Poor insulation so you hear the building’s doors opening and closing at night.

We enjoyed the property. It was a short distance to everything we wanted to do. The property is clean and modern and has plenty of parking nearby. Will definitely consider again upon return to New Orleans.
