UNIQUELY decorated 2 story townhouse is a 3 beds/2 baths. The home has soaring 12 ft ceilings and beautiful 80 year old heart of pine hardwood floors. Only 4 Blocks to the Canal Streetcar and minutes to the French Quarter in all Nola has to offer. Spacious open floor plan you will absolutely love this home.. There is a playground and basketball court across the street. The home is decorated with New Orleans Mardi Gras flare. There are tons of restaurants and clubs with live music within walking distance. The home is well situated in the heart of NOLA's best attractions, Walkable to many great restaurants, bar & grill & much more. Hop on the trolley line 4 blocks away and go almost anywhere in the city for 24/ 7, Jazz Fest, Frenchmen St, French Quarter, Bourbon street, City Park, Superdome and port of New Orleans (just to name A few), is within two miles or less from the house. While anchored in a historic creole neighborhood relax on one of our
covered porches to enjoy authentic southern atmosphere. There is a barbecue grill, fenced yard for the kids and pets. The property has free street parking for 2 vehicles.

Easter Weekend in NOLA

My family booked this stay for Easter Weekend for our first trip to New Orleans. The location was great. Far enough out of the city to get the local vibe, but close enough to drive or take the street car. It was quiet and felt safe.We found some great restaurants nearby - kids like Italian so the Venezia and Angelo Brocato (famous gelato) were a hit. For a Creole option Neyow’s was also great. The house was clean and well cared for. Owners responded immediately to a minor issue we had with a bedroom door. Kitchen had basic supplies like salt/pepper, cooking spray, oil, and enough pots/pans to make a simple meal/breakfast. Coffee pot was a 4c with filters, there was also a Keurig. Everything worked fine including WiFi, TV, ceiling fans. We had 5 people and there were 5 beds which worked out great. Beds were also clean and comfortable. Highly recommend for a group or family getaway!

We loved this property full of local charm. Great location, close to everything we needed. My 12 boy made friends at basketball court in the park across. All neighbors were very nice to us. Beds were comfy. House had everything we needed.

Loved the Theme of the House! The location was great! Had zero problems or complaints about the house or location. It was close enough to restaurants and the local gas station. I highly recommend staying there to anyone.

Perfect Location, Family-Friendly

We enjoyed staying at this very festive house. Check-in process was super easy and so was the check-out. The place was clean and in a great location. It was easy to get to the popular spots in New Orleans like the French Quarter, the Louisiana Children’s museum, and the Audobon Aquarium. The bedroom with three beds was perfect for our 3 children. We’d definitely stay again should the opportunity arise!

Cannot say enough about this place! It was immaculately kept, meticulously curated, completely stocked with all the things one would need, and the location could not have been better to navigate the city. Mechelle and Chris were most accommodating.I would highly recommend this place and would stay there again next time I’m there!

Beautiful home

This was the best vacation rental we have ever stayed in. Everything about the booking process was hassle-free. The property was immaculate and tastefully decorated with a Marde Gras theme, adding to the over-all New Orleans experience. There were plenty of towels, linens and toiletries. The owners were very responsive and accommodating. We will definitely book again.

Great stay for the Super Bowl

We found this place while looking for hotels in NOLA for the Super Bowl. It was bigger than we needed but the reviews were great...and accurate. We were able to park our rental car directly in front of the townhouse and when we walked through the door, we knew we made the right decision. The townhouse had plenty of room (much better than a simple hotel room) and was stocked with all of the items you'd need for a stay. The townhouse was very clean (as others have noted) and the Mardi Gras decor was fantastic. Really puts you in the mood for a trip to NOLA. Owners were easy to get reach and we had a great time...especially with the outcome of the Super Bowl…Go Birds!!!

Outstanding Property

We absolutely loved EVERYTHING about this property. The eclectic Mardi Gras decor was SO FUN! We were there for my son’s graduation from Tulane in Mid-December and there was even a Mardi Gras themed Christmas tree for us to enjoy and Christmas Lights on the Front Entrance. So many small interesting details to admire. Very clean and very comfortable. Everything we could have needed was provided. Host was extremely prompt in responding to messages. Highly Recommend

Great Experience

We flew here to sightsee before leaving on a cruise. The house is centrally located close to Canal Street, Bourbon Street, Superdome, etc and accommodated all six of us wonderfully. We ran into issues with our cruise and had to stay longer than expected. The host was easy to communicate with and very understanding of our situation. We were able to extend our stay with no issues. Would definitely recommend.

This house was Perfect!!!

We stayed for the weekend on our moms/birthday celebration. Check in process was easy. House was very accommodating for our group of 5. Clean and smelled good when we walked in. Close enough to ride on trolley and not have to drive your vehicle around. Just a short walk to the trolley pick up station and close by are restaurants and bars. We went to Neyow’s Creole cafe just minutes away from the house and it was a whole vibe. Good food and music! I know in previous reviews people have said the beds were hard but i didn’t think so I thought they were super comfy. Loved the host had body wash shampoo conditioner blow dryer and hair spray if you didn’t pack it. There was plenty of towels for everyone. The neighborhood was really quiet. Their backyard was set up so nice with all the furniture and bbq pit. Kitchen had everything you need to cook with. Rooms are all upstairs they each have a box fan in each room didn’t need them cause the house stayed cool but I like to have the extra noise when I sleep. Any questions I had for the host they responded very quickly and made sure to let us know if we need anything to reach out to them. Definitely recommend this house for your vacation in New Orleans.When we do come back we hope this house is available to book again. Great for groups or family vacations. Let me not forget if you do have small children there’s a little play kitchen for them loved seeing that their for other families to use during their stay.

Wonderful home!

We drove our kids down to New Orleans for fall break and loved this home. Plenty of room. Parking at the house. 4 blocks from the street cars and 2 blocks from a bus stop. We bought the RTA pass to get around. It’s $1 a day for kids and $8 for 3 days for adults. Use them! It’s the best way to get around. The house was very cozy and had everything we needed. The hosts were very accommodating and easy to reach.

A perfect trip

This was our “kids” last fall break and this house did not disappoint! The decor was very Mardi Gras which was great, the backyard was the perfect set up ( I wish I would have brought wood for the fire pit) (be warned there are mosquitoes which is expected) the bedrooms are set up for a nice size group and there were extra toiletries if needed. We will be back.
