"Room was small for two people but good for a short stay. Restaurant terrasse has good wine. Area is nice and quiet. Continental breakfast buffet that was included in the stay was excellent with a lot of varieties of food."

"The location was great and room was comfortable. Not a luxurious stay if you’re used to that. Staff was nice and breakfast was great. They accommodated laundry service for us. My only complaint was that the hair dyer didn’t work and when I told them, they didn’t have one to replace it with. Had to air dry my hair. Overall, we would stay again."

"My family and I stayed 10 days, enjoyed the hotel especially the court yard. We had drinks there every evening and planned for the next day. Richard greeted us when we arrived with a warm smile, telling us everything we needed to know, he was an Absolute gem! Can’t say enough good things about him, the rest of the staff was also friendly and helpful. They have adult beverages to purchase at a reasonable price. The only recommendation I have is the hotel rooms need suit case holders, otherwise...

"Surprisingly quiet despite being on the main road. The room was a decent size; shower-over bath but it worked. Unfortunately we were without hot water for 2/4 days, a problem that only affected some of the rooms but we were told they were working on it. The staff were helpful and professional, staff in the restaurant were very efficient; cannot fault them. If you eat a full range of food you’ll be OK but the choice for vegans was super-limited. Only offered soya milk and egg featured...

"A great place to stay! Location was perfect for us. Staff was amazing both at the front desk and bar. Loved the rich history of the hotel and wished I could learn the stories and history of the travelers that had passed through this oldest hotel in Munich but loved the mini museum off the staircase. "Super Lage, war sauber, Personal freundlich, sehr modernes Hotel"

"Perfect location for walking to the major tourist platz. Very boutique feel to this unique property. Rooms include a small kitchen, table for two, sofa, bad and a lovely balcony above an hidden garden. The only negative was the room heating system. It was so warm in the room we turned it off and slept with the window open. Granted we are from Texas and keep AC at 70f"
