En el centro de la ciudad, con todo al alcance de la mano, bares, restaurantes, tiendas y la playa de Burriana están a solo 10 minutos. Esta nueva casa de lujo muy espaciosa es de un nivel muy alto y está equipada con la tecnología más moderna que cuenta con 3 dormitorios, 3 baños, 2 salas de estar con una cocina abierta y una azotea muy grande equipada con un jacuzzi de seis plazas, barbacoa con Área de cocina exterior equipada para hasta 8 personas.
3 de las habitaciones son dobles grandes en el segundo piso y se puede hacer un sofá cama adicional para 2 niños adicionales en la planta baja en 1 de las salas de estar.
Hay aire acondicionado en toda la casa y en los meses de invierno hay aire caliente y una estufa de leña.
Hay 2 TV satelitales en cada área de salida, canales ingleses y europeos y Netflix disponible, WiFi gratis en toda la casa.

Alojamiento luminoso, moderno y funcional.

El alojamiento es muy luminoso, moderno y funcional, con los espacios bien aprovechados. Destacable la climatización de toda la casa y el “roof garden” para las noches. Inconveniente la escasez de aparcamiento de la zona. Zonas de ocio y playas muy cercanas, no se precisa vehículo para los desplazamientos.

Wonderful home and location

Thank you Liz for sharing your beautiful home in Nerja!The house was perfect for our family, 3 great bedrooms, 3 shower rooms, great living space and kitchen topped off by the fantastic rooftop terrace. Plenty of lounging, sitting and eating space - perfect for morning coffee and evening catch ups on the day.The location is also perfect - one street back from the start of the bars and restaurants and lovely streets that make Nerja a special place. The house is on a really quiet street, short strolls to the Balcon, and beach areas. Liz and Julieta made check in and check out so easy for us which is really appreciated. Thank you again for sharing your home and for a wonderful break. We hope to be able to visit again.

Wow! What an amazing house in an amazing spot in an amazing resort. We were blown away by the house, everything had been thought of to make you relax and enjoy your time. Liz was extremely helpful with tips on transfers and also accommodating us with an earlier check in.Julieta who met us at the house with the keys and showed us around was also very helpful and replied quickly to any contact we had with her. It is definitely on my return to list…. Thank you for allowing us to holiday in your beautiful home, we hope to return soon

Luxurious home stay in the centre of it all

Perfect location in the centre of the old town, 10min walk to everything. The home was spacious and beautifully designed, as an extended family staying together for 2 weeks we had ample space to connect and separate all under one roof. A beautifully clean and well-equipped home

We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully clean and well-equipped home. We were met by Julietta, who was flexible with last-minute changes to our arrival time. She showed us around the house, and it's a bit of a cliche, but the photos here don't do the property justice! Everything is spotlessly clean and high quality. The highlight for us was the spacious roof terrace. The sunbeds and gabeboo have both been upgraded from what you see in the photos, and the jacuzzi was perfect for cooling off when things got too hot. The neighbourhood is very quiet, despite being so close to the town centre, with only the sound of the swifts flying above. We've stayed in Nerja many times, but this property was a real step-up in comparison to the others. The quality, the tranquillity and the proximity to the main streets mean we'd have no hesitation in returning!

Exceeded expectations

Liz’s property is simply wonderful. Certainly a case where the pictures don’t do it justice. It was our first trip to Nerja so we were a bit u certain of the property location etc. well suffice it to say everything exceeded our expectations. Liz is a wonderful host who is attentive and great through out our visit and Juliette was a pleasure to deal with on check in. The bar has been set very high should we look to come back to Nerja.

Perfect location; lovely house

Four adults and two teens spent a wonderful week here, without a car. The location is absolutely perfect because it is an easy walk to almost everything - beaches, groceries, restaurants, take-out places, and gelato - yet it is away from streets that are busy with ambling tourists, shopping stalls, and eating establishments. There is no regular car traffic on Calle Parras, although your driver can take you to the door. We took advantage of all of the house’s amenities including the roof patio, the charcoal grill, the jacuzzi, the kitchen, the TV, the dishwasher and clothes washer, and the breakfast patio. The place is modern, sparkling clean, roomy, comfortable, quiet, and convenient. Communication is excellent. You do need to be comfortable with going up and down steps since there are multiple floors.

Just returned today from Nerja, stayed in this beautiful house for the second time, with my husband and two brothers and their wives. It is so well appointed with everything you could want in a holiday house, and the location is excellent close to all the bars & restaurants and the Balcon de Europa.

A Fantastic House

What a beautiful house! We’ve been to Nerja many times but never stayed in the centre of town. This house is in a great location and has absolutely everything you need for a wonderful stay. Modern, Clean, Well Appointed, and LOCATION!

This property is better in-person than it appears online (if that's possible). It is close to the hubbub of the Nerja shopping and dining area, but still residential and quiet. It is a quick walk to several of the nearby beaches, which are astoundingly beautiful, and an even shorter walk to all of the town's amenities. The apartment itself provides wonderful common areas, including the rooftop, as well as a kitchen with all the needs for anyone who decides to cook. The rooftop also has a fridge and bar area with plenty of coverage to get out of the sun. I couldn't recommend this place enough!

Beautiful House in Centre of Nerja

We had an amazing stay at this fabulous house. Roof terrace was wonderful. House was immaculate and very modern. Close to town with many shops, bars and restaurants. We love Nerja so will be visiting here again. Thank you for a wonderful stay ❤️.

The house doesn’t let you down, everything and more as described. Great location minutes from the bars, restaurants and beaches. Property very clean and well maintained, Julieta the house manger gave us a warm welcome and was on hand if we had any issues. There where 6 adults in our party and the house is a good size you never felt cramped. Would stay again in the future.

Highly recommended

The position of the house is excellent in the old town. The house is well equipped and comfortable. Communication with Julieta, who manages the property, was good. She quickly sorted out any minor problems we had.
