"We were up for a visit to our son who is at Syracuse U. It is close and had all to comports we needed. Everything from friendly, efficient staff to clean all around, it was enjoyable. The mornng breakfast staff were super on top of guests' needs."

"The room was immaculate. The bed, bedding, pillows and lighting were spectacular. The room was extremely quiet. The bathroom and all the supplies and towels were perfect. I have only one very small complaint - the Keurig coffee machine didn't work. Had I stayed longer than one night, I am certain that it would have been repaired or replaced. All of the staff were extremely helpful and enthusiastic. Overall, my experience was one of the best that I have ever encountered. "

"Stayed one night, and it was a good stay. The building and facilities were a bit outdated looking, but everything was as advertised and worked. Usually there is something dirty in most hotels I stay in, but honestly, this room was very clean. Only needed to interact staff once to get key card, but interaction was quick and easy. Would stay again, especially because it was affordable relative to other places in the area. "
