"Great location, our room was massive, if i had to pick a fault, the shower cubicle could be a big bigger, theres wasnt much room to move in it. Certainly wouldnt stop us from returning though. "Cashed in some one key points for night away . Took the scenic route from Gateshead and visited Richmond , Aysgarth Falls , Grassington and Thirsk on the way . Had a couple of beers in the beer garden , freshened up then a gorgeous meal in the orangery. So glad we had booked as they were turning people away ! The staff were excellent- friendly , courteous and attentive. Lovely relaxing night away , helped by the English heatwave ."
