"Room was large, big bathtub. One corner of the room had moisture damage, and mold, perhaps from a roof leak or condensation. Pub was cosy. Food tasty. There is nothing else to do in Sandhutton. A critter scampering, and chewing in the attic above our room kept us awake most of the night. "

"Small B&B which is in a quiet area, but just of main routes so easy to find. There is sufficient off-street parking for guests which is a plus. Breakfast offers a good choice for all tastes and the breakfast room, at the side of the property affords sea views which adds to the pleasant feel of what is obviously a well run B&B. "Yes welcoming for dogs. Had a poolside suite. Only things i would say are the pillows are very hard and the bed linen could be softer. I say this because is expensive to stay. Also had to pay for a cappuccino at breakfast and i think when you pay this money you shouldnt need too"
